Spanish is the second most spoken language on the planet. Over 330 million people speak Spanish and with over 130 million Spanish speaking people using the internet... it is the third largest group language based internet users worldwide. Only English and Chinese is larger.
With numbers as big as these you would think that marketers are aggressively trying to attract online consumers in the Spanish speaking markets. However, the opposite is quite often the case. Making Money Through Couch Surfing
How do you use couch surfing to make more money?
I met a person this weekend at a seminar that has been traveling the country and crashing on strangers couches, while he finds himself in new places, meeting new people, and having exciting adventures.
Ori, from CouchSurfingOri.com, has been bouncing from couch to couch, meeting new people, developing relationships and friendships, and finding all types of adventure since 2007.
He describes himself as a workaholic who needed some adventure in his life. He also describes himself as funny, interesting, and a little bit weird.
I found him to be quite accurate in his self descriptions. Ori by far was one of the most interesting and entertaining individuals at the 400 person seminar. He seems to have a genuine interest in people and had some great stories to share about his couch surfing.

3 Easy Ways To Increase Revenues For Any Business
When choosing a product or service to sell on the internet you'll need a basic understanding of marketing. It doesn't matter how great your product is or how great you think it is. If you don't know how to market your product/service, then you can't sell it.
Most entrepreneurs make the mistake of believing that they are in the same industry as the product or service that they sell. A woman that owns a dry cleaner usually thinks she is in the dry cleaning business. A woman that owns a restaurant usually believes she is in the restaurant business. A man that repairs shoes may think he is in the shoe business.
Nothing could be further from the truth. If you own a business, then you are in the marketing business. It is your job to get people to buy your product. It is your job to raise awareness of your product. It is your job to bring in new customers and get those customers coming back to buy from you again.
This, my friend, makes you a marketer and puts you in the marketing business. A business owner that continues to believe that they are in the business of dry cleaning, restaurants, shoe repair, or whatever product/service they sell will never achieve their maximum potential. Your business will skyrocket when you truly believe that you are in the marketing business because then you will learn how to get more customers that spend more money with you and buy from you more often.
There are only three ways to increase revenues in any business.
1. Get more customers.
2. Get customers to spend more money per transaction.
3. Get customers to buy from you more frequently.
It doesn't matter what business you own, these are the only 3 ways to generate higher revenue. All three of these can be accomplished when you understand good marketing and take it upon your shoulders to achieve them.
The interesting part is that a small increase in each of these areas can bring explosive growth to your company's revenue.
Let's give a very simplified example:
Assume that your business has 1000 customers in a year that spend an average of $50 per transaction, and average 3 purchases per year.
These 1000 customers equate to $150,000 in revenue to your business.
1000 customers X $50 per transaction X 3 purchases per year = $150,000.
Now let's see what happens when all areas achieve a 10% increase.
1100 customers X $55 per transaction x 3.3 purchases per year.
This 10% increase across the three areas of the equation would result in $199,650 in revenue to your business.
This is a $49,650 increase in your revenues!
This overly simplified example doesn't account for the long term growth as these customers purchase from you year after year!
This is exactly why it is vitally important to understand marketing and how to achieve incremental increases across these categories in your business.
This is how marketers think. You need to think like a marketer because that is exactly what you are my friend. When you understand this concept, then your daily activities can be geared at doing the things that increase your customer base, increase transaction sizes, and increase frequency of purchases.

Here are 6 simple steps to niche marketing:
Step # 1 PRODUCT CREATION: Researching and creating multiple products in multiple niche markets and offering those products for sale on unique websites.
There are many ways to make money online. I do use several strategies to generate income for myself; however, my single biggest profit center is selling my own products. Selling your own products is where the money is waiting for you.
When it comes to selling your own product, you can sell a digital product which is downloaded from your website after the customer pays you for it or you can sell a physical product that needs to be shipped to them. I sell both and you should start with what you are comfortable selling. I started with digital products because it is simple to do.
Some of the benefits of selling a digital product are that you have no shipping because it's immediately delivered to the customer via download; you have no inventory, and you have no product cost after the product has been developed.
Step # 2 COPYWRITING: Writing a KILLER sales letter that becomes your 24/7 salesman on your website (money site).
Your product is sold by the words that prospects read on the screen when they arrive at your site. So after developing a product, the second step is to put a sales letter on your website that becomes your 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year salesperson.
The sales letter has only one job. Sell your product! I have found that many people shy away from writing sales letters or they do it completely wrong.
The truth is that it's really not that hard once you understand the psychology behind it and learn a few proven formulas. Yes it will take some practice, but once you get more comfortable and get your style polished, then you'll be able to whip them off over and over again.
Step # 3 GENERATING TRAFFIC: Once you have a sales letter on your website, then you need to send traffic it.
There are many ways to get traffic, but I think the easiest and quickest way is to pay for it. For example you can buy pay per click, banners ads, or ads in online newsletters. These are only a few of the many ways that you can buy traffic.
I've found that the next quickest and easiest way to get traffic is to start an affiliate program. An affiliate program is similar to having a sales force working for you without the headaches of hiring or managing people. As individuals (or businesses) sign up as an affiliate with your program, then they get special links that they use to send prospects to your website.
Step # 4 CAPTURING SALES: The fourth step involves the proper tools that allow you to accept credit cards and process a sale. You'll need a merchant account or an account with PayPal or Clickbank (Clickbank is only for digital products).

PPC Tips: Keyword Bidding
I make it no secret that I am a big fan of PPC traffic. I've always been able to use it as one of my marketing tools to generate big profits with my online marketing. However, I've met many individuals who have never been able to build profitable PPC campaigns for their business.
There are several possible reasons why PPC hasn't worked for these internet marketers. Let's assume that these people are smart marketers and understand how to use PPC effectively. This is a big assumption because I've seen plenty of individuals 'think' they know what they are doing, but really don't. It's a shame to see this happen. I don't like to see anybody wasting money on ineffective marketing strategies. Nothing can be more ineffective than doing it WRONG!
So, let's assume that they actually know what they are doing. In this case it is possible that the market they are in is too competitive for them to compete. This can be true if most of their competition consists of large corportations or big businesses. For example, if you are competing with corporate giants that sell $20,000 software programs to businesses and you sell a $69 info product, then it may be tough to fight them for good ad placement. They will be willing to pay much higher per click because of the profits they can make.
(FYI- Here is an interesting way that you can actually get your Google ads free.)
Another possibility is that these marketers are targeting keywords that are too general for their audience. This can happen easily and go unrecognized by the marketer. In this case, they may be able to create a profitable campaign by eliminating the keywords that are generating traffic but not converting to sales.
Pay per click can be a rough game for all marketers, especially newbies. Sometimes the only way to get a campaign profitable is by tweaking and fine tuning multiple variables. This costs money. There is no way around it and it can often knock a newbie out of the game before they ever get started.
On a side note:
